Genevieve graduated from UW-Madison in 2017 with a BS in GIS & Cartography and a certificate in Environmental Sciences. She acts as data librarian and analyst for WICDI. Genevieve also works with Hayden in the project's data infrastructure.
As the State Geographic Information Officer, Jim provides vision to guide the project towards its goals. Before moving to Wisconsin, Jim worked for Iowa State University Extension & Outreach as a Geospatial Technology Program Manager.
Howard, State Cartographer at UW-Madison, oversees the University's role in the project. Howard’s interests include print & Web cartography, data development and GIS-based analysis & processing, and emerging applications of geospatial tech.
Hayden works behind the scenes to build and maintain WICDI's spatial data infrastructure: the "Collaborative Support Environment", or CSE. His interests include free and open source GIS, open data, spatial databases, spatial web tools, and drones.
